Registration Information

Lunch is included in the registration feel.  However, please understand that MEAL COUNTS are based on registrations received prior to Midnight on April 14^th, 2008.  If you are planning to register after that date or on the day of the conference, please call Heidi Marie Connor at 719-310-3777 to reserve your meal.

  Registration fee: $50 per person. The registration fee

  covers the cost of meals, speaker honorariums, awards,

  and administrative expenses for the conference.

Payment options

 Individuals may submit payment in two ways:

Personal check accompanying the printed registration form.

Complete the registration form (click here to get PDF copy of registration form)   and make your check payable to Aims Community College and note "5C's conference" on the check.

   Institutional payment.

   If payment (for individuals or groups) is to be made by your institution, please submit a letter of intent

   to pay on institutional letterhead prior to Midnight on April 14^th, 2008. indicating the names of

   individuals whose registration fees are covered by the institution.

   Refunds. Individuals needing to cancel registration must notify Aims Continuing Education prior to Midnight on April 14^th, 2008. No refunds will be returned after that date.
