  1. You may need to be assessed for math, reading, or English skills before you can begin taking courses.  Please contact your Distance Learning Advisor for further information regarding assessment requirements.
  2. Education planning takes time. It may involve transcript evaluation, program advisement and/or career counseling. Your advisor can help you develop a timely and cost effective plan of study. 
  3. Transcript evaluation can take a minimum of 30-45 days and may take longer during peak registration periods.  Please request that your official transcripts are sent to the following address and Download: Transfer Credit Evaluation Request  All undergraduate credit hours awarded within the prior ten years from any accredited higher education institution will be transferred into an Aims Community College Degree Program if they apply to the completion of the student's graduation requirements. Credits older than ten years, however, will also receive careful consideration for transfer.
