Registration Process
Online Registration
Complete registration process will be online.
Online registration begins on Monday May 12th, 2008, beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Don’t have a computer? Need online registration help?
If you do not have online access, we will assist you with
online registration. Call 339-6312 (during normal working hours).

Payment
Payment is due at time of registration.
Students are not enrolled until payment is received.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.

Vital Information
Student’s social security
number (student ID number) and birth date are required.
Grade
The grade listed refers to
the grade that the student will be entering in the fall.
Minimum/Maximum
Seats in classes are first
come-first served. A minimum number of students is necessary for us to
financially afford to offer a class. Based on the enrollments decisions will be
made as to which classes will be held.
Waiting List
When a class reaches full
enrollment, interested student’s names will be placed on a waiting list.
Additional class sections will be established upon confirmation of available
instructors and/or facilities.
Cancellation of Class
If a class is cancelled
based on lack of sufficient enrollment, parents will be notified by phone and/or
email.
Cancellation Refund
Full refunds are
automatically granted and mailed upon cancellation of a class. Processing takes
three to six weeks. Check
will be made payable to the student.
Student Drop Refund
In order to get a refund
you must drop a class by the Tuesday before the class begins.
Attendance
For the health and general
safety of our students while at Aims Community College, please notify the
College for Kids Office,
(970)339-6492 if a student will be absent. It is the parent’s responsibility to
pick up students immediately after class session. Students found loitering or
unattended will be escorted to the Continuing Education Office in the College
Center and the parents contacted.
Drop Off and Pick Up Locations
For the convenience of the parents and students, students
may be dropped off and picked up at designated areas.

Accommodations
Any participant who identifies himself/herself as an
individual with a disability (mobility, visual, hearing, learning, mental,
emotional, speech, or health) should notify us at least a WEEK before a
course begins.
Supplemental Services MUST be involved in the process of
arranging for accommodations for any qualified participant with a disability
seeking access to educational programs.

attending the College For Kids program, I hereby assign to Aims Community
College all rights in and to any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes,
audio recording and/or written depictions created in the production of Aims'
promotional materials.
