Employee and Labor The processes of analyzing, developing, implementing, administering and performing ongoing evaluation of workplace relationship between employer and employee in order to maintain effective relationships and working conditions that balance the employer’s needs with the employees’ right in support of the organization’s strategic objectives.

Occupational Safety, Health and Security (OSHA) The processes of analyzing, developing, implementing, administering and performing ongoing evaluation of programs, practices and services to promote the physical and mental well-being of individuals in the workplace, and to protect individuals and the workplace from unsafe acts, unsafe working conditions, and violence. The last class will consist of a summary and review of all previous sessions. NOTE: This course is part of the curriculum for the Human Resource Management Certificate Program.
